Our Pitch
Pitch A: A friend gets murdered during a friend group trip. The friend group has to find out who the murderer is before it's too late and the killer strikes again.
Pitch B: In a old western setting a crook is robbing cities blind. The sheriff has the chance to stop this world renowned thief in their tracks can they do it?
Pitch A discussion: I would want to do pitch A because I think it would be a funny movie. Despite the pitch we have the potential to add some comedy within the film. I also like how the movie doesn't take too much extra props or costumes to create it. All settings used can be easily found within our group making things easy. I also think we won't to act as hard in this film and just have to act natural.
Pitch B discussion: While I do enjoy cowboys and old western settings and shows. I can already see how difficult making this film would be. Even if it was just the first two minutes on the screen. The setting alone would be hard to portray accurately. Let alone the props and costumes needed. The pitch seems fun but is just too much for our group to perform.
Our final decision: Since we cannot accurately display a old western setting we have went with Pitch A: A friend gets murdered during a friend group trip. The friend group has to find out who the murderer is before it's too late and the killer strikes again.
